About Me

I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), a mom, and a woman who understands the deep challenge of balancing daily life while quietly carrying emotional pain.  I understand how trying to manage everything can feel exhausting when you're also carrying pain that hasn’t had space to heal.

With a deep understanding of the emotional weight many of us carry-whether it's the challenges of daily life or the impact of emotional stress. I create a safe space where you're seen, heard, and supported. I'm especially attuned to how unresolved childhood wounds can shape your present experience—in relationships and in how you see yourself. Through individual counseling, we can gently explore the patterns that no longer serve you. 

 I work from an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and person-centered modalities. I am particularly passionate about exploring the impact of childhood wounding, as I believe many of the challenges we face in adulthood are rooted in early life experiences. When appropriate, I incorporate inner child work into the therapeutic process, helping clients connect with and heal parts of themselves that may have been neglected, hurt, or misunderstood during childhood. This work can be deeply transformative and is guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story.

My favorite seasons are Summer and Fall.  

There's nothing like being out in the sun, wearing sandals, and feeling the warmth of the sunlight.  In the fall, there's nothing better than cuddling up with a cozy blanket, reading a good book, and sipping a warm chai tea
