Trauma therapist in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Hello!
I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT),
providing trauma informed therapy for adults in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I specialize in working with individuals whose childhood experiences continue to impact their anxiety, emotional well-being, relationships and sense of self.
Through my own inner work, I came to understand how essential compassionate support is during life’s hardest moments. These experiences inspired me to dedicate my work to helping others find understanding, healing, and meaning during times of change.
In my role as a therapist, I strive to offer a space that feels supportive, thoughtful, and secure. Where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and intentional.

In my practice, I offer a space that is warm, collaborative, structured and nonjudgmental. I blend cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with psychodynamic therapy to help client's gain both insight and practical tools. This approach allows us to explore how early experiences influence present day thoughts, emotions, band behaviors while also building skills to manage anxiety, regulate emotion, and navigate relationships more effectively.
When appropriate, therapy may include trauma informed inner child or attachment focused work. This is always done thoughtfully and at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your readiness.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, intentional and human. Session are not just about talking, but about understand, healing and developing new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore difficult experiences without judgement.
In addition to my work with adults, I also provide therapy for children on a limited basis. I work with children whose emotional or behavioral challenges may be connected to early stress, trauma, or difficulty with emotional regulation.
My work with children is developmentally appropriate and often includes collaboration with caregivers to support emotional safety, consistency, and healthy attachment. Services for children are offered based on clinical fit and availability.
