Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized exercises and homework to help reinforce the techniques and insights you gain in therapy to support lasting change

The process will involve exploring the root causes of depression, including emotional, cognitive, and situational factors contributing to low mood and motivation. You will learn to identify and challenge negative thoughts, and deconstruct recurring thought patterns that reinforce the depressive cycle.

Having experienced loss myself, I know how hard it can be to manage emotions and daily life when everything feels changed.
