I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), a mom, and a woman who understands the challenge of balancing daily life while quietly carrying emotional pain.
After facing significant personal loss and doing my own inner work, I came to understand how essential it is to have compassionate support during life’s hardest moments.
These experiences inspired me to dedicate my work to helping others find understanding, healing, and meaning in times of change.
In my practice, I offer a space that is warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental—a place where grief can be witnessed and new parts of the self can emerge. I integrate CBT and mindfulness-based approaches to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you are processing loss, exploring your past to better understand your present, or navigating life’s challenges, I believe healing is about uncovering the unseen wounds within yourself and allowing that awareness to light the way toward growth and peace.
