I know firsthand how grief can reshape us, how childhood wounds can echo into adulthood, and how midlife can bring both deep questioning and powerful renewal.
After facing significant personal loss and doing my own inner work, I came to understand how essential it is to have compassionate support during life’s hardest moments. I also became aware of how often women in midlife are left without the language, resources, or community they need to navigate profound transitions—whether those involve identity, relationships, family changes, or a shifting sense of purpose.
These experiences inspired me to dedicate my work to helping others find understanding, healing, and meaning in times of change.
In my practice, I offer a space that is warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental—a place where grief can be witnessed, early wounds can be gently explored, and new parts of the self can emerge. I integrate CBT and mindfulness-based approaches to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you are processing loss, revisiting your past to better understand your present, or navigating the complexities of midlife, I believe that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering who you have always been—and allowing that truth to guide you forward.
