I am dedicated to helping my clients overcome emotional challenges and improve their mental well-being. I focus on children, teens, and adults, offering a range of therapy approaches tailored to individual needs. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and are committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and personal growth.

I consider myself to hold many roles, one of the best ones is being a mom.  I have 2 school aged boys who love to rough house and be creative. In my spare time I enjoy reading, crafting, nature and going to the beach. I love to learn, and I am consistently expanding my knowledge. :) 

Me dedico a ayudar a mis clientes a superar los desafíos emocionales y mejorar su bienestar mental. Me enfoco en niños, adolescentes y adultos, ofreciendo una variedad de enfoques terapéuticos adaptados a las necesidades individuales. Creo en el poder de la terapia para transformar vidas y me comprometo a proporcionar un espacio seguro y sin prejuicios para la curación  el crecimiento personal.

Me considero que tengo muchos roles, uno de los mejores es ser mamá.  Tengo 2 hijos en edad escolar a los que les encanta la casa y ser creativos. En mi tiempo libre me gusta leer, hacer manualidades, la naturaleza e ir a la playa. Me encanta aprender y estoy constantemente ampliando mis conocimientos. :)

Individual Therapy

At he moment I only offer individual therapy. I conduct family therapy when working with children as needed. My individual therapy sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, providing a safe space to explore personal challenges and growth.

Por el momento solo ofrezco terapia individual. Llevo a cabo terapia familiar cuando trabajo con niños según sea necesario. Mis sesiones de terapia individual están diseñadas para satisfacer las necesidades únicas de cada cliente, proporcionando un espacio seguro para explorar los desafíos personales y el crecimiento
