Therapy for moms and women seeking mental wellness.
If you're here changes are you've been carrying more than your share for far too long. maybe you're a mom who's always putting others first, or a woman still sorting through the echoes of a childhood that left invisible scars. Or maybe you're both overwhelmed, and ready to find space for you. This is your place where your story is honored. A space to pause exhale and gently begin healing the parts of you that have been silenced, stretched thin, or tucked away to survive. Whether your navigating motherhood, old wounds, or both- we'll walk this path together, one step at a time. You don't have to carry it all alone anymore. You're welcome here, just as you are.
I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), a mom, & woman who understands what it's like to balance everything- while quietly carrying your own pain. I've been through my own healing journey, and I know firsthand how life's responsibilities and unhealed experiences from the past can sometimes feel like too much to carry alone.
I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, burnout, motherhood, and unresolved childhood wounding. My approach is rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion, and I integrate meditation, grounding practices and CBT work into the therapeutic process. Together, we'll slow down, tune in, and create space for healing and clarity.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're struggling with anxious thoughts, stress, or the weight of old emotional wounds. Therapy can be a structured and supportive environment to strengthen emotional regulation, enhance self-awareness, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. You're not alone, I'd be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
Mindfulness counseling integrates talk therapy with present-moment awareness to help you manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Together, we’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations show up in your daily life—and learn tools like breathwork, grounding, and self-compassion to respond with greater clarity and calm. This approach is especially helpful for moms and women who feel pulled in many directions and are seeking a way to slow down, reconnect, and find peace within.
In individual counseling, we work together to explore your current symptoms and the underlying patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or burnout. This includes identifying behavioral habits, recognizing negative self-talk, and understanding the situations (or antecedents) that trigger emotional or physical overwhelm. Through this process, we build awareness and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your life.
This gentle class offers an introduction to breathwork and mindfulness practices designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation and simple breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create space for inner calm. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to pause and breathe.
Classes are offered on an individual basis to ensure they are customized to meet your specific needs and goals.

If it feels like a good match, we’ll then schedule your first full session and go over what to expect during that appointment, including any paperwork or preparation needed.
