Yes, I offer a secure platform to be able to conduct therapy via telehealth.

We begin with a free initial consultation to ensure that I’m a good fit for your needs and to answer any questions you may have. This is a low-pressure conversation where we can talk about what you're looking for in therapy and how I can support you.

If it feels like a good match, we’ll then schedule your first full session and go over what to expect during that appointment, including any paperwork or preparation needed.
